Hinge and latch tuning, weatherstrip improvements, and installing homeowner-supplied handles or locks where codes allow.
Installations
TV mounts, shelving, curtain rods, and similar items—anchored for your wall type and documented if photos are helpful for warranty or landlord records.
Often outside our usual handyman scope
To avoid wasted time, we are upfront about referrals: major electrical or gas work, roof replacement, large mold remediation, and structural repairs usually need licensed specialists. We still answer email—sometimes a short visit can stabilize a situation before the right pro arrives.
